In 2024, we launched the We Care initiative as the foundation of a cultural shift from compliance to care. We Care reflects our belief that safety starts with putting people first. It’s our commitment to protect health and well-being, and to learn and improve by listening to those closest to the work. This movement empowers our teams, strengthens our partnerships, and supports real innovation in how we protect people and deliver excellence.

Safety begins before work starts. Daily Pre-starts aren’t one-way briefings. they’re active and inclusive planning conversations. Using Pre-start Boards, we co-create daily plans that engage subcontractors, clients, and crews in identifying and mitigating hazards together.

Each year, we bring our teams together for Safety Days: a dedicated time to reflect, learn, and reconnect with why safety matters.
